As the availability of these units is based on the landlord's approval and incoming tenants, the lease is a fixed term and can only be extended beyond the date after the written approval by the landlord.
You are suggested to send a written extension request by email at least 60 days prior for higher chances of extension. Shorter notices may result in rejection, in which case you need to move out by the lease-end date.
In case of no communication, your move-out date is considered to be the lease end date.
Follow these 4 simple steps of the move out process:
- When you are sure about your move out fill out our move-out notice.
- Complete your move-out inspection with us around 30 days prior to the move-out, our staff will contact you for that after accepting your notice.
- During move out fill out the move-out checklist. To make sure you get your refunds.
- Move out with all your belongings.
